I found the movie to be very charming. The animal characters are adorable, or in some cases, comical. My children are a wee bit older then the movie?s target audience. They did chuckle in a few spots, but I think the movie might be too ?childish? for them. I would say that this movie is more geared towards the under 10 crowd.

I like how the movie wove a story about barn animals around biblical events. It?s like a movie with an educational aspect to it. It?s so entertaining that you don?t realize that you are learning something. The same holds true for The Lion of Judah. The movie is entertaining and you don?t realize that it?s teaching you things from the Bible at the same time.

This movie would be perfect to show on Easter/Passover or at Sunday School. It?s colorful, the characters are charming, the story is sweet and there plenty of comedy.

The movie isn?t as ?high tech? as some might be accustomed to, but its still a fun movie none-the-less.

Here are two more clips from the film for your enjoyment.
